最近開始試下素食 但又覺得補充唔到膠原蛋白 於是就上網做下research 原來有d植物膠質結構同膠原蛋白近似,攝取之後,同樣可以拎到體內自行合成膠原蛋白嘅胺基酸原料。 水果 蘋果、梅、李、醋栗、柑橘、木瓜、番茄,草莓、葡萄、香蕉都有但含量較少
植物 山藥、馬鈴薯、秋葵、蘆薈、菇類、黑白木耳、仙草、愛玉、紫菜、海帶、海藻
