              做gym唔等於減到肚腩...一開頭要做cardio,之後做番針對腹肌嘅訓練啦

                    分享下我個case~
                    我係byebye肉好勁 呢個位比肚腩更難減
                    上網睇過啲做byebye肉位嘅動作
                    但呢個位嘅肌肉平時基本上係唔會用到 所以發唔到力好難做

                    最後我就試好hit嘅BTL消手臂嘅脂肪,做一次已經見到firm咗~!

                    我諗你做肚應該會更明顯!
